"Booz Allen Starts with Characters" was a multi-channel recruiting campaign featured in ENVOI Articles 002 that spotlighted 13 of the most exciting roles at Booz Allen Hamilton. The series examined the nuances between each of these characters (and their missions) and how they collectively continued to transform Booz Allen.
Conceptualized to attract top external talent to critical roles across the company, our team featured some of the company's top talent in high-res photography and captured their perspectives in written words. The imagery and taglines were featured around the Washington DC Metro region in Metro subway platforms, Metrobus stations, and even in a terminal wrap at Reagan National Airport.
I served as lead writer and creative strategist for this campaign, which helped Booz Allen reach and hire hundreds of talented employees after it launched. ENVOI Articles 002 won The Hermes Creative Platinum Award, Communicator Award, and LACP Gold Awards for its design, storytelling, and impact.
