Manager - Studio Senior Lead - Deloitte Digital

Brand & Copywriting Lead in Deloitte Digital Studio, part of larger GPS Advertising, Marketing & Commerce (AM&C) practice. Responsible for managing projects, clients, and creative teams spanning brand & content strategy, visual design, digital & physical marketing, SEO, thought leadership & events. 

  • Go-to-market strategy lead for Deloitte's Trustworthy AI Services offering in 2025. Helped build marketing strategy, website, pitch decks, visual assets. Led development of white paper "From Trust to Action: Risk in the Age of Agentic AI."
  • Content lead for State of Ohio client: Led 4 copywriters & design staff to build new content templates and refresh 600+ pages of web content. Piloted a custom GenAI LLM tool to expedite editorial workflow by ~50%, trained clients on it.
  • Supported FEMA clients from 2020-2024: Helped define & develop the brand platform for FEMA's first national emergency management university in 2024; oversaw development of hundreds of educational products to educate the public on flood insurance, community preparation and disaster response--from ad copy to fact sheets, board games and event handouts.  

Corporate Communications & Marketing Lead - Ripple Effect

Served as senior developer lead for Ripple Effect's coporate communications & marketing efforts. Helped grow company's brand image across digital platforms through content & storytelling campaigns, corporate awards, and more.

  • Alongside C-suite, led company-wide effort to refresh Ripple Effect's brand identity: language, visuals, and communication strategies; led redesign and re-launch of company website; launched recruiting & employee engagement initiatives through digital storytelling: blogs, interviews, human interest pieces and branded content.
  • Lead researcher and author for multiple corporate award wins: Inc. 5000 list (2018, 2019, 2020); Best & Brightest Companies to Work For® (2019); AMEX Business Excellence Awards Woman Contractor of the Year (2019); Washington Business Journal Fastest-Growing Companies (2018, 2019); and Inc. Content marketing strategist, senior copywriter, associate media producer for developing & marketing client brands and experiences. My writing-heavy role spanned research & marketing briefs, short-form ad copy, long-form articles, video scripts, and SEO strategy.

After 2 years of client-facing roles, I joined an internal creative team to help Booz Allen develop original stories, thought leadership, brand and digital strategies, large events, videos, websites, and proposals that won awards and new business for the firm.

Senior writer, editor, and marketing strategist for ENVOI Articles (2 published editions, published in print & digital), which garnered ~7.2 ad impressions across digital channels.   • Produced 20+ original webpages and campaign micro-sites for Booz Allen business lines & products. Project managed milestones, schedules, deadlines and stakeholder reviews across teams. 
  • Wrote copy for large ad campaigns and Booz Allen spaces, from Telly-winning video scripts to talent campaigns in Reagan Airport and DC Metro stations, to the Booz Allen Innovation Center on 15th & I St. NW.
